Athlete Aspire Program

Healthcare Access

Tuberculosis (TB) continues to present challenges in communities with limited access to early diagnosis and care. This initiative is designed to strengthen early identification and ensure timely linkage to treatment.

Screening activities are conducted in coordination with District TB Units in identified priority areas. Individuals presenting with symptoms are supported through referral to government healthcare facilities and linkage to national treatment programs. The initiative also integrates structured follow-up and community-level awareness on TB symptoms and early intervention to support continuity of care.

Preventive Healthcare

Access to early detection and preventive oral healthcare remains limited across underserved communities, particularly in relation to oral cancer.

This initiative delivers doorstep services through mobile dental units, enabling screenings and basic treatment. Cases requiring further attention are supported through established referral pathways for diagnosis and care. The program also focuses on awareness around tobacco-related risks and builds local capacity by training frontline health workers to recognize early signs of Oral Cancer and guide timely intervention.

Talent Development

The Athlete Aspire Program is designed to support emerging talent through structured training and performance-oriented development.

Athletes are selected into a supported training ecosystem that includes access to professional coaching, competition exposure across levels, and integrated support for injury management and recovery. The program also incorporates mental conditioning to strengthen resilience and consistency in performance.
