KRAFTON Champions Women In Gaming

2025. 07. 23

At a recent insightful and engaging roundtable in Bangalore, our very own Nidhi G., Program Manager at KIGI (KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator), led a powerful conversation around Women in Gaming.

From discussing the opportunities and barriers women face in the industry, to how structured incubation programs can unlock growth for emerging creators, the session was a vibrant exchange of ideas among like-minded, passionate women working to shape the future of gaming in India.

Drawing on her previous experience as a game producer, she also addressed key questions around the realities of game production and what incubation truly involves, from ideation to execution.

At KRAFTON, we strongly believe that women are not just part of the story; they are key to building a truly diverse, innovative, and inclusive gaming ecosystem. Through initiatives like KIGI, we are committed to creating pathways not just for women but all emerging gaming creators to thrive and lead.
