KRAFTON India has announced the third cohort of its KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI), alongside a key milestone – the upcoming launch of Frontier Paladin, the first PC game developed through the program. The title, created by Mumbai-based Singular Scheme, will release on April 24, 2026, marking a significant step for premium PC game development in India.Cohort 3 will onboard four emerging studios, each receiving milestone-based funding between $50,000 and $150,000, along with 6-12 months of mentorship from KRAFTON’s global network. This edition introduces a more hands-on support model, including deeper mentorship, access to dedicated functional experts, enhanced quality control, and user acquisition support. Participating studios will also benefit from partnerships with Google Cloud, AWS, AccelByte, GameRefinery, AppMagic, Lysto, and GameRamp. One of the early success stories emerging from the incubator is Singular Scheme’s upcoming title, Frontier Paladin, which reflects the kind of advanced, globally competitive experiences KIGI aims to enable. Frontier Paladin blends action RPG and tower defense gameplay, with players stepping into the role of a Paladin defending a fortress through combat, strategy, and evolving character builds. The game has already earned recognition at IGDC 2024 and 2025 highlighting its strong gameplay design and underscoring its promising reception among industry peers and early audiences alike.With Cohort 3 and the launch of Frontier Paladin, KIGI reinforces its commitment to nurturing India’s growing game development ecosystem and enabling studios to scale globally.
